Our philosophy is based in simplicity but in the same time in creativity which combines the traditionally Greek culture with modern techniques and perspective
Our basic principle is to prepare our meals with the best in class ingredients, healthy, tasteful with positive environmental footprint
That’s why our menu is small but flexible, in order to achieve the best utilization of our raw materials and could change based on availability of ingredients that we find in local markets. Our passion for quality lead us to create our own garden which provides us with bio and fresh vegetables that we use in our dishes.
